South Avenue

Renovation

For a family of four, we created one large kitchen from two separate spaces, connecting the new open plan to their mudroom. The space has a natural palette, inspired by the client’s warm, sophisticated aesthetic. Belgian limestone floors balance the warmth of tongue-and-groove wood cabinets. To create a sense of connection between the zones of the room, we aligned the central kitchen island with a large dining table and chairs. Additional windows increase the natural light that floods the kitchen, while doors off the table open up to a deck and large outdoor space.
